b.Megatrend - War is Needed

The last part is here:   Megatrend - 16-year Depression

I am feeling prophetic today. Not for showing off but to realize the art of praying in the temple . Calculations made in the temple is very important.

Like it or not, the deep depression in 1930 started the world war II in 1939 that ended in 1945. This is a major war effort. Thereafter, since 1946, the west has an unprecedented peace and prosperity. While the west was enjoying the prosperity, a cold war with the eastern bloc was fought (1946-1991). This constant war tension was actually good for the west. The west grew from strength to strength.

But, once the cold war ended, the west immediately needed another major war to game. They then started the gulf war I (1990) and gulf war II (2003). Noticed the approximate 10 years' gap.

To date, another 10 years has gone by. The west is now itching for another war. The reason for war is simple. The west needs tons of money to finance their retirement funds. Their greying population is giving the leaders sleepless nights.

Waging war is no different from defamation suits of that fucken little island. Once the war is concluded, the loser would have to owe the victor a huge sum of money which the loser has to honour using their oil reserves. With these cheap resources at the disposal of the west, they can sustain their lifestyle a little longer.

When they feel poor again, approximately every 10 years at the current rate, they will wage another major war.

The trend is obvious. This coincides with the need to take care of the retiring baby boomers. War is therefore very imminent now. They will come out with all kind of excuses to wage one. Once war is waged, the currency will depreciate and the west will have to pay less in terms of debt and net-worth. It is their way of depreciating their currency with no ill side-effect.

Over time, wars would be more and more frequent. So stay with the winning side, i.e., the whites. Go and stay with food produces. Keep cash to buy up more land globally.

p.Show - The hobbit - An Unexpected Journey

The last part is here:   Show - Lord of the Ring Trilogy

The show is here:   The Hobbit I - An Unexpected Journey

Far over the Misty Mountains cold,
To dungeons deep and caverns old,
We must away, ere break of day,
To seek our pale enchanted gold.

The dwarves of yore made mighty spells,
While hammers fell like ringing bells,
In places deep, where dark things sleep,
In hollow halls beneath the fells.

For ancient king and elvish lord
There many a gleaming golden hoard
They shaped and wrought, and light they caught,
To hide in gems on hilt of sword.

On silver necklaces they strung
The flowering stars, on crowns they hung
The dragon-fire, on twisted wire
They meshed the light of moon and sun.

Far over the Misty Mountains cold,
To dungeons deep and caverns old,
We must away, ere break of day,
To claim our long-forgotten gold.

Goblets they carved there for themselves,
And harps of gold, where no man delves
There lay they long, and many a song
Was sung unheard by men or elves.

The pines were roaring on the heights,
The wind was moaning in the night,
The fire was red, it flaming spread,
The trees like torches blazed with light.

The bells were ringing in the dale,
And men looked up with faces pale.
The dragon’s ire, more fierce than fire,
Laid low their towers and houses frail.

The mountain smoked beneath the moon.
The dwarves, they heard the tramp of doom.
They fled the hall to dying fall
Beneath his feet, beneath the moon.

Far over the Misty Mountains grim,
To dungeons deep and caverns dim,
We must away, ere break of day,
To win our harps and gold from him!

The wind was on the withered heath,
But in the forest stirred no leaf:
There shadows lay be night or day,
And dark things silent crept beneath.

The wind came down from mountains cold,
And like a tide it roared and rolled.
The branches groaned, the forest moaned,
And leaves were laid upon the mould.

The wind went on from West to East;
All movement in the forest ceased.
But shrill and harsh across the marsh,
Its whistling voices were released.

The grasses hissed, their tassels bent,
The reeds were rattling–on it went.
O’er shaken pool under heavens cool,
Where racing clouds were torn and rent.

It passed the Lonely Mountain bare,
And swept above the dragon’s lair:
There black and dark lay boulders stark,
And flying smoke was in the air.

It left the world and took its flight
Over the wide seas of the night.
The moon set sale upon the gale,
And stars were fanned to leaping light.

Under the Mountain dark and tall,
The King has come unto his hall!
His foe is dead, the Worm of Dread,
And ever so his foes shall fall!

The sword is sharp, the spear is long,
The arrow swift, the Gate is strong.
The heart is bold that looks on gold;
The dwarves no more shall suffer wrong.

The dwarves of yore made mighty spells,
While hammers fell like ringing bells
In places deep, where dark things sleep,
In hollow halls beneath the fells.

On silver necklaces they strung
The light of stars, on crowns they hung
The dragon-fire, from twisted wire
The melody of harps they wrung.

The mountain throne once more is freed!
O! Wandering folk, the summons heed!
Come haste! Come haste! Across the waste!
The king of friend and kin has need.

Now call we over the mountains cold,
‘Come back unto the caverns old!’
Here at the gates the king awaits,
His hands are rich with gems and gold.

The king has come unto his hall
Under the Mountain dark and tall.
The Worm of Dread is slain and dead,
And ever so our foes shall fall!

Farewell we call to hearth and hall!
Though wind may blow and rain may fall,
We must away, ere break of day
Far over the wood and mountain tall.

To Rivendell, where Elves yet dwell
In glades beneath the misty fell.
Through moor and waste we ride in haste,
And whither then we cannot tell.

With foes ahead, behind us dread,
Beneath the sky shall be our bed,
Until at last our toil be passed,
Our journey done, our errand sped.

We must away! We must away!
We ride before the break of day!

When I first watched the Hobbit I, I wasn't impressed by it. But after a few screenings, I began to like it. It finally dawned on me that it is the need of a man to go on a journey, no matter how dull or exciting, it must be done. The outcome is never known. The result never certain. The cost never too high. The journey may be in company but mostly alone. There is no backing out. I too must go on a journey. This journey I may not return, but nonetheless, I must still go. Wish me luck then ...

Her essay read like the starting monologue of The Lord Of The Ring. Evil has grown. The civilization that once was is now lost.

p.Show - Gone With the Wind

The last part is here:   Show - Lord of the Ring Trilogy (con't)

The show is here:   Gone with the Wind

Gone With the Wind boils down to a story about a spoiled Southern girl's hopeless love for a married man. Producer David O. Selznick managed to expand this concept, and Margaret Mitchell's best-selling novel, into nearly four hours' worth of screen time, on a then-astronomical 3.7-million-dollar budget, creating what would become one of the most beloved movies of all time. Gone With the Wind opens in April of 1861, at the palatial Southern estate of Tara, where Scarlett O'Hara (Vivien Leigh) hears that her casual beau Ashley Wilkes (Leslie Howard) plans to marry "mealy mouthed" Melanie Hamilton (Olivia de Havilland). Despite warnings from her father (Thomas Mitchell) and her faithful servant Mammy (Hattie McDaniel), Scarlett intends to throw herself at Ashley at an upcoming barbecue at Twelve Oaks. Alone with Ashley, she goes into a fit of histrionics, all of which is witnessed by roguish Rhett Butler (Clark Gable), the black sheep of a wealthy Charleston family, who is instantly fascinated by the feisty, thoroughly self-centered Scarlett: "We're bad lots, both of us." The movie's famous action continues from the burning of Atlanta (actually the destruction of a huge wall left over from King Kong) through the now-classic closing line, "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn." Holding its own against stiff competition (many consider 1939 to be the greatest year of the classical Hollywood studios), Gone With the Wind won ten Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Actress (Vivien Leigh), and Best Supporting Actress (Hattie McDaniel, the first African-American to win an Oscar). The film grossed nearly 192 million dollars, assuring that, just as he predicted, Selznick's epitaph would be "The Man Who Made Gone With the Wind." ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi

Scarlett: As God is my witness, as God is my witness they're not going to lick me. I'm going to live through this and when it's all over, I'll never be hungry again. No, nor any of my folk. If I have to lie, steal, cheat or kill. As God is my witness, I'll never be hungry again.

Clark Gable and Vivien Leigh were so perfect in their roles. It is so beautiful to watch the show again in its full flavour. It is a story of a farmer in love with her land. The love of a farmer to her land is so magical.

Thank you Heavenly God for teaching me the way. I will name one of the land: Twelve Oaks. If I have to lie, steal, cheat or kill. As God is my witness, I'll never be hungry again.

I am working very hard to remove the poison that I have ingested for so many decades. Please help me God to finally break free. Teach me to be soft -hearted once more. Remove the hard lines on my face and the stolid gaze of a cold hunter.

How many love must one give up before one can feel love again?

Sadly, yet no one realized the civilization that is gone with the wind ...

Let's enjoy the show ...

p.xox - Fuck-you up Loans

From a Blogger:
Default Project Sucktards-Squeeze, what banks are trying do to Sucktards ...

Not a day goes by that I can walk through my neighbouring flats without seeing loan shark vandalism the usual O$P$ notices. After clampdown, arrests and vigilance, the problem goes away for a while then comes back but never disappears. Once in a while will hear of people committing suicide due to loan shark harassment. Why is this problem always there? It is a highly lucrative business and there is always demand from desperate people.

So what is the problem with loan sharking - after all it is willing buyer-willing seller arrangement? They charge high interest, lend to people have a high chance of default, then use strong arm tactics to recover their money + interest....the end result is misery and pain for many Sucktard families.

The other day I was shopping in Suckchard and one young man step up to me. He told me I can get "$80 free" if I sign up for a credit card. I explain to him I'm jobless, he immediately lost interest in me. But the question lingers how come the credit card company can "give" so much money and still make money.

Over the weekend I met with my friend who just quit his job in consumer banking department of a major bank 2 months ago. He had been there for 8 years and was doing applications evaluation. Because of long hours, he was burn out and quitting to take a break but he said his next job won't be banking anymore "he had enough". Since both of us were very free we chatted for hours...and he told me many interesting things about consumer banking that I was not aware of.

I just start with this statistics from Suckmas on rollover credit card debt:
$ MILLION PERIOD ROLLOVER BALANCE*
2007 2,979.4
2008 3,378.8
2009 3,702.1
2010 4,014.7
2011 4,537.9
2012 4,991.8

These are the unpaid credit card bills that rollover to the next month. These are charged at 2% a month and at the present size the banks make $1.2B on interest. This is only half the story. The banks also lend an enormous amount of money that is non-housing and non-car loans classified as others. The goal of the banks are to recruit as many Sucktards to borrow unsecured and credit card debts because this is where they can earn the highest amounts. So my friend told me banks aim to:

1. Enroll as many people into spending on credit cards and borrow unsecured debts by initially offering goodies like low interest rates to entice them.

2. Once people are trapped like rats and boxed in. Some of them will fall into hardship like pay cuts or retrenchment. ..never fully able to pay down their debts.

3. Once these people are trapped they become the banks best customers because they are in permanent debt and banks can keep extracting interest earnings from them month after month like a slave

4. The banks are trying to enlarge this group of slave debtors so that they have recurring income and revenue from this group of Sucktards - the banks can sit and collect billions in easy money.

5. When the person is complete run dry, the bank still does not lose money because they can get it from his estate i.e. sale of peon holes.

6. The bankruptcy laws in Sucktardland favors the bank and shape their predatory behavior and Sucktards are being entrapped because they cannot exit until they are bled dry.

Watch the banks grow this kind of debt aggressively. You see them at every shopping center pushing, every exhibition, pushing and pushing basically many people are blind and blur to the grand strategy of these banks. Suckmas is perhaps the most useless regulator around and really let the banks exploit the people as much as they can. And the Sucktardland bankruptcy laws are helping to entrap vulnerable Sucktards. Worse still the govt now gives the banks the means to find out how and who they can entrap through the suckcredit suckbureau. Since it was formed, the banks has been able to target and increase its predatory lending and behavior because it has more information it can use.

A young blood relation once asked me if he should get a credit card since he is so strong in his employment and cash generation. I told him to get a debit card instead. He asked again that a debit card don't improve his credit history and he might not be able to buy a house or a nice car with a debit card history. I told him to be patient. If you can't afford them immediately, then you have to save up for them. He then suggested that he might not be able to save fast enough as the property and car prices go up all the time. I replied what goes up must come down. He inquired that as a debit card, he can't use it for hotel bookings. I said then go to a hotel that takes his debit card. He then questioned if I have a credit card? I said I have. Then? I never use it. I only use my debit card. When the bank asked me to charge my credit card on annual fees, I told them to cut it up. The bank just kept quiet. My personal history is good enough to buy anything, but I don't. I only buy small things in cash. I buy many small things in cash. Most of these small things I bought improved in value over rather short time. But, once bought, they were seldom or never sold. My only problem is only the tax authority. I have to be clean with them. He has since been using only cash to transact. He grew to be very strong and attractive to gals.

Making money is hard enough. Hence, never let a leecher such as a bank to leech you dry.

I might have sounded like one of the old worn records repeating and repeating. I can't over-emphasize more. My father is the one I learned this valuable lesson from. Thus, you must never fall into this trap, otherwise, this trap will set you back by 20 years at the very least.

If you can't get cheap stuff locally, then go overseas or other regions to get them. Have a better bang for your cash. Marry a gal that can give you that big bang and access to that market. Sigh ... deep down, I am still a doubtlessly cunning bastard ... Stay off that fucken little island. Don't touch it.

p.Show - Lord of the Ring Trilogy (con't)

The last part is here:   Show - Lord of the Ring Trilogy

Wow ... Just finished the 12-hour LOTR trilogy marathon. It is so heart-warming. I usually watched this trilogy once every 4-5 years.

It is a story about small people. It is so English. It always remind me of my days in England. It was care-free. It was original. Tolkien is such a friend. His writing is so me. Of course, I was only just his very late English mate. I can never write like him. lol ... He has gone through war. I didn't.

This English stint actually pulled me away from seeking money. But, it still took me decades to recover from the evil poison I was administered at a very tender age.

Even now as I venture into the brave new world. I still face reminiscence of the old poison amongst the people I engaged.

I guess I will always try to protect my heart from being hurt. There will always be occasional sadness. But, I will learn along the way that all these hurts don't define me.

Then to whom should I trust? Well ... I will learn to love the people that are true to me unless they proved to turn-coat later. I will always give my all to any one new and hold nothing back. If they then choose to look down on me like a silly clown who loves so easily and blindly, I will then leave silently in the dark of the night. No fanfare, no fuss, no revenge and no rejection. It is very interesting to know that people don't like to take rejections, but yet they always administer rejections to others as easy as a drop of a pin. They don't know that every rejection carries pain. Once the guy is hurt by the pain of rejection, how can he hope to still be forever forgiving and overlook that pain of rejection? He is after all just a poor soul, trying to ply his trade and work his grindstone. He can't be that different from anyone else.

Merchant of Venice, Shylock's famous quote:
I am a Jew. Hath not a Jew eyes? Hath not a Jew hands, organs, dimensions, senses, affections, passions; fed with the same food, hurt with the same weapons, subject to the same diseases, healed by the same means, warmed and cooled by the same winter and summer as a Christian is? If you prick us do we not bleed? If you tickle us do we not laugh? If you poison us do we not die? And if you wrong us shall we not revenge? If we are like you in the rest, we will resemble you in that. If a Jew wrong a Christian, what is his humility? Revenge. If a Christian wrong a Jew, what should his sufferance be by Christian example? Why, revenge. The villainy you teach me I will execute, and it shall go hard but I will better the instruction.

If given a choice, I beg you never to hurt a soul. There's nothing in you that is so low that you must make revenge. You are too noble to lose your mind over such trivialities. Deal with those that will love you back. Isn't this a simpler strategy to work at? In exchange, your lump of bitterness within your throat will go away faster. You will heal faster. You will feel free again.

I knew nine out of my ten encounters will end up in bitterness, then should I change my strategy? The answer is NO. I live happy that out of every ten encounters, I will always find someone who will love me back. That is already good enough excuse to celebrate life.

If you have not watch the show ... do try it ... it is indeed a rare treat ...

p.Book - Far from the Madding Crowd

Far From the Madding Crowd (1874) is Thomas Hardy's fourth novel and his first major literary success.

The book is here:   Far from the madding crowd (1874)

At the beginning of the novel, Bathsheba Everdene is a beautiful young woman without a fortune. She meets Gabriel Oak, a young farmer, and saves his life one evening. He asks her to marry him, but she refuses because she does not love him. Upon inheriting her uncle's prosperous farm she moves away to the town of Weatherbury.

A disaster befalls Gabriel's farm and he loses his sheep; he is forced to give up farming. He goes looking for work, and in his travels finds himself in Weatherbury. After rescuing a local farm from fire he asks the mistress if she needs a shepherd. It is Bathsheba, and she hires him. As Bathsheba learns to manage her farm she becomes acquainted with her neighbor, Mr. Boldwood, and on a whim sends him a valentine with the words "Marry me." Boldwood becomes obsessed with her and becomes her second suitor. Rich and handsome, he has been sought after by many women. Bathsheba refuses him because she does not love him, but she then agrees to reconsider her decision.

That very night, Bathsheba meets a handsome soldier, Sergeant Troy. Unbeknownst to Bathsheba, he has recently impregnated a local girl, Fanny Robin, and almost married her. Troy falls in love with Bathsheba, enraging Boldwood. Bathsheba travels to Bath to warn Troy of Boldwood's anger, and while she is there, Troy convinces her to marry him. Gabriel has remained her friend throughout and does not approve of the marriage. A few weeks after his marriage to Bathsheba, Troy sees Fanny, poor and sick; she later dies giving birth to her child. Bathsheba discovers that Troy is the father. Grief-stricken at Fanny's death and riddled with shame, Troy runs away and is thought to have drowned.

With Troy supposedly dead, Boldwood becomes more and more emphatic about Bathsheba marrying him. Troy sees Bathsheba at a fair and decides to return to her. Boldwood holds a Christmas, to which he invites Bathsheba and again proposes marriage; just after she has agreed, Troy arrives to claim her. Bathsheba screams, and Boldwood shoots Troy dead. He is sentenced to life in prison. A few months later, Bathsheba marries Gabriel, now a prosperous bailiff.

During my school days, I didn't use this book as my literature read. It was only after I went to England that I managed to read this book during my spare time. I marvelled at Gabriel Oak's tenacity and patience in winning the gal's heart. It was quite heart-warming. Many years later, I didn't realise that one day, I too had become a farmer like Oak and I could actually plant oak trees around me. These oak trees are my friends: quiet, strong, trust-worthy and supportive.

Many times after some hurting by people around me, I would go to these oak trees and rediscover myself. It can be that therapeutic.

Do read the book, it has great literary value ...

p.Show - Lord of the Ring Trilogy

The last part is here:   早知今日事, 悔不慎当初。

The show is here:   Lord of the Ring Trilogy

LOTR (Fellowship of the Ring): Opening Monologue
Galadriel: (speaking partly in Elvish)

I amar prestar aen.

The world is changed.

Han matho ne nen.

I feel it in the water.

Han mathon ned cae.

I feel it in the earth.

A han noston ned gwilith.

I smell it in the air.

Much that once was is lost, for none now live who remember it.

It began with the forging of the Great Rings. Three were given to the Elves, immortal, wisest and fairest of all beings. Seven to the Dwarf-Lords, great miners and craftsmen of the mountain halls. And nine, nine rings were gifted to the race of Men, who above all else desire power. For within these rings was bound the strength and the will to govern each race. But they were all of them deceived, for another ring was made. Deep in the land of Mordor, in the Fires of Mount Doom, the Dark Lord Sauron forged a master ring, and into this ring he poured his cruelty, his malice and his will to dominate all life.

One ring to rule them all.

One by one, the free lands of Middle-Earth fell to the power of the Ring, but there were some who resisted. A last alliance of men and elves marched against the armies of Mordor, and on the very slopes of Mount Doom, they fought for the freedom of Middle-Earth. Victory was near, but the power of the ring could not be undone. It was in this moment, when all hope had faded, that Isildur, son of the king, took up his father’s sword.

Sauron, enemy of the free peoples of Middle-Earth, was defeated. The Ring passed to Isildur, who had this one chance to destroy evil forever, but the hearts of men are easily corrupted. And the ring of power has a will of its own. It betrayed Isildur, to his death.

And some things that should not have been forgotten were lost. History became legend. Legend became myth. And for two and a half thousand years, the ring passed out of all knowledge. Until, when chance came, it ensnared another bearer.

It came to the creature Gollum, who took it deep into the tunnels of the Misty Mountains. And there it consumed him. The ring gave to Gollum unnatural long life. For five hundred years it poisoned his mind, and in the gloom of Gollum’s cave, it waited. Darkness crept back into the forests of the world. Rumor grew of a shadow in the East, whispers of a nameless fear, and the Ring of Power perceived its time had come. It abandoned Gollum, but then something happened that the Ring did not intend. It was picked up by the most unlikely creature imaginable: a hobbit, Bilbo Baggins, of the Shire.

For the time will soon come when hobbits will shape the fortunes of all.

May it be an evening star
Shines down upon you
May it be when darkness falls
Your heart will be true
You walk a lonely road
Oh, how far you are from home
Mornië utúlië (Darkness has come)
Believe and you will find your way
Mornië alantië (Darkness has fallen)
A promise lives within you now

May it be the shadows call
Will fly away
May it be your journey on
To light the day
When the night is overcome
You may rise to find the sun
Mornië utúlië (Darkness has come)
Believe and you will find your way
Mornië alantië (Darkness has fallen)
A promise lives within you now

A promise lives within you now

LOTR (Return of the King): Aragorn's speech at the black gate
Aragorn:

Sons of Gondor! Of Rohan! My brothers! I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me! A day may come when the courage of men fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship. But it is not this day. An hour of wolves and shattered shields when the age of Men comes crashing down! But it is not this day! This day we fight! By all that you hold dear on this good Earth, I bid you stand! Men of the West!

There will come a time when all hopes extinguish right in front of our eyes. But, do not be afraid for there is always hope. I have been to the deepest abyss and back. You too will face your great challenge one day. Take heart, you will never be alone. I will always stand watch over you.

I may not be your strength, for that strength comes from within. But, I do stand true to your quest.

I have always been beaten down and fallen. But, I never blame the one that fell me. I thank him for being wise in falling me. For every fall, I grew stronger with new grown muscles and I see yonder.

Some have remarked that I have developed an Ah-Q's mentality. I have turned masochistic. Why not? If that helps me to advance my armies up north and expand my territories.

Let's enjoy the show ...

The last part is here:  孫子兵法 (始計篇第一) (Chapter 1 - 9) (Part 10)

In this chapter 2 of 13, 作戰篇 - Waging War, Sun Tzu explained how to understand the economic nature of war and how success requires making the winning play, which in turn, requires limiting the cost of competition and conflict. The speed of conclusion of conflict is important.

Some translation suggested:
Sun Tzu said: In the normal operations of war, where there is a need to field a thousand swift light chariots, as many heavy chariots, and a hundred thousand mail-clad soldiers, with provisions enough to move them a thousand li, the expenditure at the rear and at the front, including entertainment of important guests, repair items such as glue and paint, and sums spent on maintaining chariots and armour, will reach the total of a thousand ounces of gold per day. Such is the consideration and cost of raising an army of 100,000 men.

As in business, to start a business is no different from waging a war. Everything has to be considered, in particular, the economics of the warfare. Every minute detail has to be handled. There must have light chariots to take on the war swiftly. There must be heavy armoury to handle tough situations. There must have a sizable occupation ground force. Over and above that, the other details include logistics and facade maintenance. The wager of war must show opulence.

I am a little stuck by this last sentence. I have always believed in humility, i.e., in the eyes of chineseman, I am shown to be quite basically useless. But, this tactics cannot be applied to the white land. In the white land, humility is not favoured, i.e., the whites are so squared that they naturally assumed what they heard is the truth and nothing, but the truth. They simply can't believe that there are people out there that can push the envelope further than they say they could. They take everything at face-value. Because of that, I have lost several deals due to this humility. There is therefore a need to adjust one's strategy to one's environment. Showing off on the other extreme is also not favoured. You simply has to be a little louder and bolder. That will do.

Once upon a time, I had wanted to start a hawker store doing fried crabs in quite a seriously popular place. I paid the rental and deposit, bought the equipments, employed my staff and secured my supplies. In the end, even before it started, I folded. I simply didn't count too well. I thought by having a varsity degree would have allowed me to do anything under the sun. I was proved dead wrong. The cook just before starting demanded a sharp raise in his salary and shortened his working hours. I was left stone-cold. Of all the technologies I have, I can't cook for nuts!

In summary, this Sun Tzu's phase is to highlight the need to understand its enormous cost in starting and waging a war. It is no difference from business endeavours. it is thus foolhardy to start a war with no ready and trustworthy resource.

The last part is here:   醉卧沙场君莫笑,古来征战几人回?

The guy from a little island today tried to win me back by giving me things for free and in lieu. The value of these things may or may not be greater than his rescinded contract. It is no longer important in my eyes. The value lies in the trust and honour. A non-monetary contract once agreed must be honoured.

A business empire is never built in a single day. When will a business be called a business empire? It is only when it is big and it has gone through many rounds of pain. For each growth, it must be nourished by trusted lieutenants. Without these trusted lieutenants, the business can never be a business empire. Each lieutenant is both an important ring of power and an indigenous member of inner circle.

This is not a zero-sum game. We have both lost. I have lost time and some money. But, since I can afford to walk away. He would be a fragment worse off as his option is limited; he now cannot foresee his future as being independent. I am afraid he is now on his own. I cannot help him anymore. I have lost my trust in him. He no longer wins my time. I would not be able to spare my time or money with him. Sorry.

The last part is here:   The Making of the Karmic Monster

3 days ago, a guy from a little island has rescinded his contract with me. He has caused me some inconvenience, but, I managed to resolve it after 3 days. The damage done was not too bad. Today, I am good to go again. In exchange, the good news is I am no longer obligated to complete any goodwill I might have committed to him. In short, I am now bond-free from any friendship insinuations. For every bad, there is always good that follows.

The cost of course is I can't blog for the last 3 days. He has robbed me of my comfort food.I am so glad to be back in one piece.

I enjoy this kind of relationship very much. After a few rounds of drinking and eating with me (I make sure I paid for all of these sessions), many guys fail to understand that this is actually my mating dance of business. If after a few rounds of eating and drinking and there is no reciprocity, I will then run away real fast. If he passes this stage, I will ask him for fulfillment of a small non-monetary contract. If he makes it, then I will think carefully about his trust-worthiness. At this point, to many of my best friends, they found me stupid. By now, I would have spent quite a bit for all their drinks and meals. But, to me, it is still a cheap cost to pay to find truth.

The compromise nowadays is to treat only gals. That way, I don't suffer any losses at all. I have good meals and I have great companionship.

Guys I met tended to judge very quickly on my sponge-worth to them. But, I am an old guy, quite slothful most of the time. So the quick-hand-quick-leg guys were too anxious to see great results. The results I have gotten were through years and years of slog. They expect me to hand them the success on a silver platter with no time-delay. I am afraid other than my heir(s) or loved ones, they would never be able to receive it. It is just not fair.

At the end of the day, I am still merrily single and available, doing things that I always enjoy ... the hunt of business.

The hunt of business is very interesting, it will bring me to places I have never been. Opens my eyes and offers great comfort food.

Many guys always thought that doing business is a risky business. You either make money or you don't. But, I usually don't define it that way. Because, most of the time in business, I touched gold. It was always the partners that played me out. So before I embark on a business venture, I will first ask myself if I can handle it alone. Usually I can't ... lol ... too lazy. Then I will try to procure an honest partner. I might even give him great shares. Because, a good honest partner is worthy million more than the business venture. If this partner puts his nose on the grindstone. I not only get gold, I will draw diamonds.

Use this knowledge wisely, you will triumph over all evils ...

b.Capital - Energy Units

The last part is here:   Capital - The curse of Loan

Let me start off with a show:   Dragon Heart

“A knight is sworn to valour.
His heart knows only virtue.
His blade defends the helpless.
His might upholds the weak.
His word speaks only truth.
His wrath undoes the wicked.”

This is a very good show. It is light but heavy in meaning.

Only about 1000 years, we were under the greedy reigns of kings and knights. After 1000 years, we are not so different. Now we are still plundered by the so-called "democratically-elected" rulers. Dictator Saddam Hussein had 100% parliamentary support. The rings of Animal Farm and Josef Stalin stayed real close. One would be greatly protected if you are under such tortures to leave immediately. Along the way, there would be adjustment pains, but do bear with it for the sake of the next generations. Don't be selfish and think only about yourself. Live a life that is humble and safe. Your family clan will thank you.

Living in the white land is not easy. It involves great inconveniences such as integrating with them. But, if you want your family tree to continue growing. It would have to be the case.

Energy Units

When Japan was booming up to the 1980s, the properties in Tokyo can go for $10k psf. The Japanese were snobbish as if they conquered the world by their cheap-and-good products. They were almost unstoppable. Immediately after, Japan plunged into a depression that lasted at least 3 decades. it is still on-going while we speak. This trend continued with the 4 little dragons and the big dragon.

Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Greece and Spain (PIIGS) were in deep trouble by 2008. USA were in deep shit too. The loans the governments borrowed were huge. Every person wants their smart phones, notebooks, latest techie stuff, large TVs, hand-bags and many more. Soon the Chinaman would be next. The citizens simply over-consumed.

Countries like Canada and Australia sell their minerals and oil deposits to receive cash. This is also not sustainable.

We must understand the meaning of energy units, money is just a piece of rubbish paper. Every day the sun deliver energy to earth, nourishing it with energy. The plants and the trees captured this energy and stored it within their bodies. The animals consume these plants to nourish themselves. The humans consume both the animals and plants for these energy units. But there were too many of us. So some (I think is all) countries will dig and consume stored energy units in the form of oil deposits and minerals. Oil deposits and minerals took millions of years to construct, so although their energy units are high but once plundered, the units would not be so easily replaced, hence, the term "non-renewable".

So if you want to have a safe living, you must never consume more than what the sun can deliver. That way, these energy units are renewable and ever present. That's the reason why I always suggest delaying the development of the land for higher usage such as hotels and shopping malls.

Now that the autumn and soon winter is coming, I noticed a great increase in selling of very large buildings going for a song. Properties in Detroit, after the demise of the motor industries, are now so cheap that you would not believe it. Properties such as schools, churches and government offices in white land are now for sale to the highest bidder.

So if you consume more than what the sun can supply, very soon you would be forced to borrow and once your borrow, the land will soon be taken away. Be honest to yourself, consume humbly. Buy enough land to feed the entire family. Learn to live off the land. If there is sufficient extra, go for a little trip around the world.

For that fucken little island, the end is near. My partner-in-crime always suggested that "everything we do, we must be sustainable. Not only in terms of work output, but also consumption."

Let's enjoy the show ... I meant "Dragon Heart" ... LOL ...

p.The Making of the Karmic Monster

The last part is here:   Leaving the good shore in search of a better life

LIFT: Limpeh Is Foreign Talent is a rare talent. He has magnanimously avail himself to serve a greater good. He teaches you guys on how to handle some of the finer things in life. But, to date, too many have attacked him. I have defended him in Leaving the good shore in search of a better life. Whether you do agree or disagree with him, it is not important. The important thing is he stands to be counted. That's what matter. I don't even have the guts like him to stand and be counted. It is not that easy. His willingness to share makes him apart from all the fuckens I have met.

Just today, I have discovered another gem -  Darkness. He wrote something very original in Log 2: 07-08-13 -Reflections in the field on a moonless night. Out of respect, I shan't repeat what he has written. You go and enjoy yourself there. I have always avoided close-quarter fighting as I know it is a zero-sum game. One will win and one will surely get hurt. Of course, the winner wins big and takes it all. The reward is more than ample. But, the loser loses everything including his life. Call me a coward, I much prefer a smaller fight than stake it all on one hand.

In my Zen Stories, I copied a tale of the Emperor's Seed to it. It said, "If you plant greed, you will reap loss." How very well said.

All along I always curse and swear to god why karma don't befall on those who deserve a good beating, instead, only good people suffer in silence. How very wrong!

A very, very long time ago in the land of the super poor farmers, it was deemed good karma that a fucken old guy married some one rich and powerful. He in turn got rich and powerful. He had a good family. Because he was a poor bastard before, his wife was not willing to give up any power, unless she has the whole of him. She started a family rule that said that he could only fuck her. It was only natural.

Now that his cock was stopped from screwing around, he turned his mind to power, after all the greatest sex organ is the brain. He screwed every one young and old. If he mind-fucks the brain sufficiently, he will get the same highs.

The family was brought up in the strictest of the married woman's rule. The son, instead of winning pretty gals' hearts, had to settle for ugly fucks and his dick wondered to the asshole bandits. The daughter got into very exotic taste for slaves and fucked only her tchaikovskys.

The fucken old guy had build great karmic bads. He has built an army full of greedy bastards, selfish and self-centred idiots who suck any one's cock as long as they get cash in return and in darkness' word - monsters.

The fucken old guy has made all his fellow cock-suckers an image of himself. The mini-mes. This is brilliant!

Now it doesn't matter if that fucken little farm sinks or floats, I have got no one to save, except for loved ones.

If ever, that fucken little farm gets to deploy the two talents I have highlighted here. She would have been a thousand times better. But, Mother Nature is fair, she gives every young seedling a fair chance to strike it out on their own. That fucken old guy and his fucken little farm simply have no more real talent to con. So sad, huh?

Thank you, Darkness for the enlightenment!

b.Capital - The curse of Loan

The last part is here:   Capital - The Inner Core

A blogger wrote:

I am the second child in my family.

My parents have 4 children in total and the youngest is 13 this year.

My parents have borrowed and accumulated the interest of up to $200k from 20 over different LS. Yes, my mum is foolish, but all was done out of her love for her children.

My parents CPF have been depleted to pay for the house they bought but there is still an outstanding amount of a few hundred thousand(5RF) and have to pay cash every month, on top of the expenses that they family spend, which is just barely enough.

Finally their saving have been depleted and friends and families shun from then, fearing that they might borrow more money, she borrowed from the LS to pay of her current debt, hoping to pay the LS asap, but interest compounded and her debt just skyrocketed, they derived a plan to lend from a LS to pay her current LS debt and hope to pay them slowly but it was just too much and they have to sell the house to pay for the LS payments and they rented a house from my aunt.

It was still insufficient to pay them all and the situation got worst when LSs refused to lend her any more money(coz of the plan they derived) and the amount totaled up to over 200k, which my parents have no ability to pay. The LS payments have to be paid but my parents’ income was just too little to pay them all without the help of another loan and my mother ended up not paying most of them.

They called day and night to pester my parents and sends threat sms to my family, they doped my mother into giving them our residential address and now, they are knocking at our door daily.

I was terrified at first, after learning about this but we are also the cause of her current problems. My mother told me that she would go to jail if we called the police and the LS would not let us off. She talked to us about her situation and told me the procedure to claiming death insurance L should anything happened to them.

The income my parents earn everyday is paid to LS leaving then penniless and they have less than 100$ with them and we are surviving thru bread and financial assistance in school. They still owes many payments from many different LS.

I don’t blame them but I feel that they are really silly to borrow $ from LS in the first place.

I really wish that someone could help my parents out of this situation L I know I am a little naïve to ask the people from this forum to help with monetary issues, especially such a large sum but even a little help would do…

I really want to help them but what could I do. Does anyone know any job I can take up to help to settle at least some of their debts? ( I have remedial lessons almost every day).

Although I felt a little fake about the story, but the general tone sounded bad.

Loan-sharks (LS) are just another type of bank. All banks behave exactly alike. They leech off every single energy resource that one has. Each energy resource is vital resource that you can commandeer for greater good of the family clan. You lose that you lose the family clan. The family will fall in disrepair. The next generation will suffer poor growth. So be very careful about loans.

I know many would ask the question how to do it without loans. There are enough things that don't require loans to start. It is allowed by Mother Nature. As long as you stay loan-less, you will be alright at all times. As a playing member of the 10 poker players, the hand will be in your absolute favour one day. That day will come silently without a hint. When that day arrives, rejoice but do think hard about others who are not as fortunate.

Since you don't borrow, nobody gets hurt, not even the lender.  You will be so eco-friendly.

g.Skirt Chasing - Bluff the Guy a Dream

The last part is here: Skirt Chasing - Bluff the Gal a Dream

Edison Chen

How much is Edison Chen worth? Edison Chen is a Chinese Canadian film actor, rapper, Cantopop singer, model, record producer, fashion designer, and a pop icon; he has a net worth of $45 million. Edison Chen has built his net worth as founder of CLOT Inc., and the CEO of Clot Media Division Limited. He knows the languages of Cantonese and Mandarin, and Japanese, however is native tongue is English. Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, he attended Hong Kong International School.

Hong Kong celebrity Edison Chen was found selling shoes at a stall in Shanghai with his girlfriend on July 31 2013, reports our Chinese-language newspaper China Times. Chen shocked the entertainment industry when hundreds of explicit photos of himself and a number of top female Hong Kong entertainers were posted and widely circulated on the internet in 2008. Since then Chen's career as an entertainer has been on the rocks. He has been able to land few contracts for acting in film or TV. Five or six companies asked even demanded compensation for the negative impact his tarnished image may have caused to the products he endorsed. The payments have sunk Chen in debt. He reportedly owes his former employer nearly US$2 million. Chen has resorted to selling shoes from a street stall in Shanghai to pay off his debt, according to the media. He was seen selling the merchandise with his girlfriend and hugging her after playing basketball on the street. He was also seen taking public transportation, presumably to save money.

Based on his wiki entry, to date he is already 33 years old. Since he has chosen his looks and acting skills as his weapon-of-choice. He therefore needed a clean image to earn a living. If he is a businessman like me, then it doesn't matter. It is my products rather than my image that sells. Once his fate depended on his cleanliness, he is fuckened once he proved to be too playful.

Now that he is behind in the money game and he still owes money before he can restart, he will find great pain henceforth. It is of course never too late to restart. I wish him well.

I knew many guys from the night spots. They were all number 1s in playing gals. They told me that they were living in a perfect dream. No doubt about it, but when it comes to continuing the game. Most of them fell out after they hit 40 years of age. They were bluffed by the gals.

The gals will find them short in terms of stamina and health. So they fell out. AND because they spent all their life and money learning how to play gals, they are short in investing their time in the apprenticeship of money-making. Since when they are olden, they can't spend their way to the pussies. The pussies lose them once they are deemed weak in health. Life is extremely harsh in the gene pool.

Many of these guys don't manage to wake up. They groan and moan but to no avail. Many took blue collar jobs and took the quiet life after that.

Many guys' feedback from forums indicated that Edison is still the man they wish they were. Even at this down-and-out phase, he still has a gal standing beside him selling shoes. That is because 33 yo is not yet considered too old. Try 40 yo, he would be deeply fucken by then.

Having a safe and permanent weapon-of-choice as soon as possible is important. It will win the gene pool game.

p.Story - The reluctant Dictator in the Making

The last part is here:   Story - Josef Stalin's Chicken

The show is here:   The Dictator

Today, I felt a little generous. So maybe I will share a little of the above-captioned dictator's mind. The above-captioned dictator has a very vengeful feeling towards all his "friends" and fools around him. He assumed bad about the quality of these surrounding people, none of them was able to reflect his power of analysis. In short, he found these people intellectually indisposed. He has no choice but to find solace in some one whom he could at least trust. He therefore trusted the one that gave him his new-found power structure. I can go on and on to detail his mind-set, but, I have no love for this man to be so detailed.

Anyway ... I have lost interest in writing further. It is too boring for me ... His failure in Wadiya does not deserve my sympathy. Sorry.

Let's enjoy the show ...

b.Land - A Loss

The last part is here:   Land - Vintage

Just lost a purchase of a land. It was such a beauty. Sigh ... The wise crane asked me to wait till winter and then I lost her. Shit!

Life has many misses. Sometimes we lose them all. Sometimes we catch them all.

Maybe the wise crane is correct. I have not learned the value of patience. Patience means I have to learn to let go before fate wins me back. I have to give up my love ones before I can get them back and treasuring them even more. Life is full of sad things. I just hope that my heart can beat even harder telling me I am still very much alive.

I teared again not so much on the land loss but on things seen through the looking glass. I hope I am still valued by those who care.

Encouragement from them are now so few and far apart.

b.Passion Business II - Ginseng's Profit

The last part is here:   Passion business II - The Birth Place of Ginseng

Based on the daily palm oil price of RM2,215, that gives RM3,985 per acre (1.8x2215) or USD1,226 per acre (3985/3.25) per year (being used as a standard and guide), growing ginseng is considered superior.

After the third year, the ginseng farm would have reached full productivity. The yield per acre is about $50,000 whole sale. Not too bad for a young plantation. Seeds can be purchased at $25 per lb. So no shortage of stratified seeds. The yield will include both the seeds and the roots in the ratio of 1 : 3.

Since I have nothing much to do from now to spring, I will do some hobbies and know more gals. Maybe ask the Father to let me be his assistant Father. Must pressurize this gangster, he practizes common church belief. He seems like a nice bloke. Next week, I am attending the Mormon church service for the first time. Already got so many pretty gals asking me out.

Project Update:
  • Discussion with a stratified seed supplier is on-going. He asked for $25 per lb. I will initially need about 500 kg. I will check further. Planting will start in spring.
  • Equipment suppliers were also contacted to provide shade design and water management.
  • Soil test samples would be taken in spring too, just before planting. Adjustments to pH would be made.

The last part is here:   Song -

Wink and the world surprises you suggested in my last part that the best song and show came from the first of the 笑傲江湖 series by Sam Hui. I have rewatched the show here.

This show reminded me of my first half of my life. During that time, I was full of admiration for S*m Hui for being able to see through life and decided to close shop after that. I attended his last concert and was fortunate enough to get his autograph. But, up closed, sad to say he had a crude personality. I was not impressed. I guess I have a different opinion of him after that. Nonetheless, he has acted well in that show. The song is here:   許冠傑 Sam Hui - 滄海一聲笑

When the second of the 笑傲江湖 series came, I was admirable of 林青霞. She really did a great job for 东方不败. The show is here:   笑傲江湖之东方不败. Her song was very light. You can hear her here:   只记今朝笑.

When the third of the 笑傲江湖 series came along, I was not impressed by the show:  东方不败 - 风云再起. I never had any feelings about this last show. But, after all these years, I was truly impressed by the song:

I realised it was after so many years later that I came to the white land that I was allowed to 重做个真的我. When I was younger, I never knew what hits me. I was sad most of the time. I don't feel good. It was only after I landed in white land that my therapy commenced in earnest. I finally realised what hits me. It was pride. I have enough pride that I don't wish to sponge off people. I have enough pride that I don't serve a greedy king. I have enough pride that my money must not come from ill-receipts. If I were to do well younger, I have no choice but to do things that I feel I will earn no pride. I don't wish to be one old president that died so young.

I am lucky to be able to 重做个真的我.

g.Skirt Chasing - Bluff the Gal a Dream

The last part is here:   弃我去者,昨日之日不可留。

Most of us guys have very little to show the gals. Unless you are that 0.1% of guys who have everything.

So we have no choice but to bluff the gal a dream. In that dream, we can be a knight in shinning armour trodding to her rescue -  she, a condemned damsel living in misery in a hard country. He then picked her up and threw her behind and together they rode towards the rainbow. AND of course, they will live happily ever after. After a while, the gal got bored and she would look like another damn damsel in distress looking for another knight in shinning armour to the rescue. The cycle repeats.

How to sell a dream?

The dream must have 3 parts:

(1)   The end-point - The end point must never be too far-fetched. Else, the gal will smell a rat. It must have a holiday and overseas component whereby you and her can laze around for 6 months each year just looking at sunsets and nothing else to do in a land where only the whites frequented.

(2)   The execution-point - The execution must not be so complicated that you lose her totally. It must be in simple English and in terms that are simple for her to comprehend. You must have the ambition of controlling and commandeering more men to work in your enterprise. The money component is always self-helped, i.e., you already have that savings to start and end it all.

(3)   The present-point - This part you have to explain to her why are you still a poor bastard. The environment, your bad bosses, your poor lineage, i.e., blame your parents for being so poor, or your bad, bad friends are just too much for you to bear. You already have what you need to make it, BUT, you are so lack of opportunity, luck, timings and all.

Gals love to help a guy about to make it. She will feel the risk is all worth-the-while. She is an investor and hopefully of blue chips. She will think very hard. AND she will fall for the trap. You, as a guy on the other hand is a super-hero in the making, BUT, you are still a poor, poor bastard. Every gal dreams to help a broken hero. So let her have that dream too.

Well, by now, the dream should be sold. AND you can live happily ever after. I hope ...

Most of us have gotten by by lying anyway ...

b.Passion Business IV - A chinaman's Scorn

The last part is here:   Passion Business IV - Black Périgord Truffles (as a)

I have by way of convo (I was so lonely in white land, so got to blow some water to find out investment vibes) spoken to a chinaman as I happened to conduct a short convo with my white agent in his presence.

Ohhhh ... boy ... I was bombarded with a million questions and I need to handle and return 999,999 deflections. I returned one serious question, so are you therefore keen? with a cute smile.

He asked how long more is needed to complete the truffle grove planting since it is only 1-2 years old? I replied 10 years. What if it fails? I think for a while and suggested 20 years. I was so proud. I learned my zen teachings well.

His face was contorted with rage. How can he wait for 10-20 years of his life to find the black diamonds? I expounded a possibility that maybe that is why my white agent was able to persuade the current owners to let go the truffle grove to me at a very reasonable price. He was dumb-founded. He has no more energy left of him and we passed the convo talking about the birds and the bees. LOL.

I had the same convo with my partner-in-crime. But, his reaction was totally different. He don't even bother to ask any questions. He just asked if I am in it? I replied yes. He said that is good enough for him. He wanted a good share then. I said it might take a longer time to fruit this investment. For the king of food, he said it is a all worthwhile wait. Even a Durian tree takes 40-60 years to become great and its price is not even anything near the king of food. I was floored. He understood me by the back of his hand.

I am a maverick. One has to know me to deploy me.

Two different persons, two different reactions. I wouldn't hazard a guess if I am right at the end of the day. Who cares?  It is the fun journey that I am after. At the end of the journey, there might be a rainbow waiting, a pot of gold waiting or just shit all over me. LOL. One thing I know for sure, I have lived and always remembered my crane's telling me to breathe.

Winter chills please come early. I needed to place that purchase ...

Sometimes I do wonder if I am a man who dreamed about being a butterfly and has woken up, or I am a butterfly who has dreamed about being a man?

Let's enjoy the songs ...

b.Passion Business III - Buying Land

The last part is here:   Passion Business III - Swiftlets' Needs

After considering the oil palm plantation is too expensive for my poor soul. Looks like I better start to plan for the cutey bird house. I have no real budget issues with the bird house. If got money, do a nicer house. If no budget, do a stupid house. If it collects bird's nests, great. Else, use this to bluff little mei-meis from KL. LOL. They would be most glad to come and see my bird house. They will comment here and comment there. Then I will buy speakers here,  speakers there. Light control here and light control there. They are after all great thinkers and keepers of my faith.

Hehehe ... I heard the real success comes from total darkness. Me think hard on this issue.

This is indeed a fun hobby. Income should not be too big a draw for me. It is after all just a getting-little-mei-meis' gimmick. They claimed that they need bird's nests every day. Sigh ... bloody expensive hobby, indeed.

Project Progress:
(1)   Find a piece of land, about 3-10 acres, possibly on main peninsula. The separation from neighbours should be large enough, so that music is not too loud that the neighbours will complain. Long-term friendship is important.
